People were continually let go without notice on the whim of the CEO or the incompetent Sales or CS Managers. The only employees who benefited were the top sales people or the members of the Boys Club. The members of the Boys Club were the most uneducated, incompetent and lazy people in the company. Yet they were continually rewarded for their incompetence by the CEO including secret trips to grand locations where they partied to the hilt. Only pretty, tiny females were allowed to work at the front desk. Any support position within the company was seen as useless and unnecessary unless something was needed immediately. Once that piece of information was obtained, that employee's value was obsolete. The complete lack of benefits for hourly employees was appalling. The amount of money spent on the ridiculously overpriced holiday party could have provided paid holidays for all of the hourly employees for a year. Oh - but then there wouldn't be a tax writeoff...
