      Good pay and benefits - probably better pay for less work at a few other terminals

      Cons

      You work for your paycheck. Long hours, extra projects, high expectations. HR looks out for the company far more than the employees. Work life balance it rough. They will switch your operation or schedule day/night with little advanced notice
