      Pros

      relaxed environment as there is nothing to do now . we used to be busy but now we are not

      company has absolutely no direction and no hope for the future. the 2 founders have left the business and the magic is totally gone. these guys grew the business to a huge success over a few years and in the last year had a lot of problems with their other shareholders from taiwan. and now they are gone and the taiwanese own the company and we have no idea where it is going . im pretty sure its nowhere as as the management team are the worst management team i have ever worked for in my life and most employees here fees the same. company has no vision , no founders passion and is owned by taiwanese who dont understand the nuances of the business. i have no idea why they invested in this business as the one thing i have been told to invest in is people. if you take out the 2 people who got the business to where it is .. then whats left .. ? nothing

The company has changed quite a bit since 2018 and corrective measures were implemented. The company and staff work extremely hard to promote positivity in the work environment. When any criticism is directed at the company anonymously, we are using these reviews constructively, to promote positivity in our work environment by highlighting the importance of transparency and trust.

      Very casual and easy going. People can be good fun Location is easy to get to

      Cons

      Improvised in every aspect Management is poor, very unprofessional and clue less No trainings or investment in career progression Has seen its best days and is on a steady decline

      The company's structure and most importantly, its leadership has changed. Vast improvements to its core processes have been made and professionalism and transparency are at the core of what Yvolution does.

      Fresh beginning after previous owners bought out

      Pros

      Toys r us closure and exit of old owners / old thinking has created a fresh and exciting drive in yvolve sports. Company has never been more innovative than it is now. Badly-needed restructuring is now in place and benefits are being seen from this. Creativity returning to the company at a fast pace.

      Cons

      Some old thinking practices still exist since toys r us days but restructuring is helping greatly here
