No support from the office on projects. Lot's of backstabbing and blame when anything goes wrong.

Plenty of paperwork. Field superintendents have to do Daily Reports, Weekly Status Reports, SWPPP weekly and rain event reports, Safety reports and meetings and Look Ahead reports.
You have to watch out what you say to anyone at the office. You never know who's going to jump up and bite you.
