I have been working full time at ZKTeco for the past 2 years. It’s a great place to work. The working environment is good. People enjoy coming to work and feel appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded.
Cons
Nothing much negative about the organization.

I tried. I can't think of even a single one.
Cons
1. They never fulfilled the compensation promises when it was negotiated after the interview,like bonuses. * They don't pay for OT include with weekend and you even cant apply vacation for using the OT . you get nothing for working over time. 2. Bad management. 3. They forced you to sign a lot of agreements, 100% beneficial to the company, but not even a single document like compensation structures .
