Pros
Some truly great people with a real passion for what they do. Great products and a real focus on the customer. Agile and you can make stuff happen very quickly relative to other companies. Lots of breadth within roles and you get exposed to a lot relative to bigger companies.
Cons
Very short term mindset and no tangible long term vision…yet. Still quite unpredictable - priorities change week to week. No real employ benefits relating to the product - poor company car policy, no real employee discount.

- Dynamic work environment - The products - Lots of learning opportunities
Cons
- A scale-up that is growing fast of course comes with some issues. But this also makes it fun.
