Pros

Offer free launch at the office Flexible working hour

Cons

After the owner of the company sold another sister company Jawaker, the atmosphere at the company became unhealthy and turned into a battle zone. Racism with an ugly face between Christian employees and Muslim employees, to the degree that one of the leads there brags to the public and in front of the office that he only hires Christians or maybe Muslims if he is an authentic Jordanian. You will receive threats from a very high level that this Christian employee is not touchable, the problem is that this employee causes problems more than ones solved. It is totally easy that someone steals your effort at something and get blamed for something that was screwed up before it was assigned to you.

Pros

It has good facilities. They provide good assets for their workers. They provide daily lunch for the employees.

Cons

Not a good learning place. There is a lot of disrespect between the teams. if you need help you are not allowed to ask anyone unless you return to your supervisor and he/she lets you ask for help. Some people are treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully. The evaluation is very non-professional and the yearly salary increase is meager. The HR team does not have the authority to solve conflicts, especially if the issue is between a developer and one of the seniors in the company. you will not feel secure while working there, some of the developers are being brutally disrespected and mistreated without any reason and lastly terminated or being driven to resign from the company.

Pros

Average salaries, they're not really above the market

Cons

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! A VERY VERY VERY bad environment!! When I joined ZenHR, the HR was very proud of their environment and kept talking how amazing they are! I joined them and realised how toxic, stressful, unsafe and unhealthy they are!! They have a good HR procedures, they listen, but they never solve the issue permanently between the team The team leads was the worst!! ZERO experience in leadership, neither in tech!, very toxic team environment, smearing, insulting each other also they do that also for their own teams and the lead created a conflict between his oun team!! Two team leads are fighting on every aspect, tech, software, logistics, policies and even on assets and materials!! Your team lead won't make any effort to improve you, he won't help you if you ask a simple question, he will gives you a mean look with a snort, and answer with "go read about it", if you have any weak point he will use it to mock you, although he himself does not have any strength points at all!! He will also blame you for his own mistakes and he will never admit it!! and he will keep showing off and amazingly keep talk about himself in every occasion!! too much ego that no normal logical person can handle! My experience was with two leads in ZenHR, to adapt with such environment and such team leads. you need to keep clapping for them! even if he done a thousands of mistakes and break the code and you're the one chosed to take the blame, stay quite and clap, that's how you stay in the safe side and not getting ashamed, smeared and terminated Some of the team leads, they're so lack of experience, and they intentionally use low quality code that is away of the common standards which keeps producing new issues, and this is how they create work from nothing and keep the company in need for them and their team support
