      very good environment and you can approach any one directly . Every one is helpful and sharing new ideas is more often there

      Pros

      It's a fantastic place to mingle with (mostly) talented, self-driven, empathic and fun-loving folks. There's room to grow and learn your craft if you're a junior/entry level professional. Also, you can get to know about the archaic practices of German real estate scene.

      Cons

      Acquisition by ImmoScout24 has put everything (culture, identity, structure, collaboration, promotion) in a limbo. Also, handful of tech hires did not have a promising yield, and lingered on for a while; which impacted team chemistry and overall productivity. Executives are self-aware to some extent and realise there's a micro-management problem, but the problem still persists to this day in (2023).

      - Friendly colleagues who want to support each other - They have a feel good manager - My position provides me with the opportunity to have a great deal of responsibility - Nice company benefits

      - 9am start, I wish it was at 10am instead - Flexible desks
