Unfortunately, these are where these anonymous reviews by a few former employees who create multiple accounts becomes problematic. Not because of your ability to leave a review, but because of the falsehoods they contain.
Company policy holds that every single meeting is recorded. So, let's make a deal. Please provide examples of the verbal abuse that occurred, especially those in front of others, and I will happily share those recordings here on this review.
I believe the best approach here is transparency. If you would like me to provide you personally with the recordings of these complaints, please feel free to reach out.
Otherwise, I have to reach the conclusion that this is not a legitimate review, but rather the continued efforts of a very small number of former employees who were not comfortable with accountability.
