Friendly and supportive colleagues with a strong team atmosphere. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements that help with work-life balance. Modern office environment with excellent facilities and employee benefits. Good opportunities to learn about the fleet, leasing and automotive industries. Fast-paced environment that allows you to develop problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Cons

Workloads can be high at times. Some processes or directions seem a little unorganised at times.

The company has a heavy micromanagement culture, with staff treated more like school children than professionals. There are serious issues with fairness in the workplace, including favouritism and instances of racism that are not properly addressed. Employees are not treated equally, and this creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Workloads are excessive, while pay is low and not reflective of the demands of the role. On top of that, management quality is poor, with individuals being promoted into roles they are not fit for. Overall, it is a highly stressful environment and one of the worst places I’ve worked. Major changes in leadership and company culture are urgently needed.
