      Very stressful environment, unrealistic OKR's so they do not have to give payrise's, Do not acknowledge there are faults with the software and not the customers. Unless you have over 20 locations this is not for you

      Bad product and toxic environment

      Pros

      Working in the Industry is nice!

      Cons

      Bullies around terrifying newcomers, manipulating, talking behind people's back, grossly benefiting from other's hard work. The product is a mess and no one knows fully how it works. The software is expensive but much better alternatives available. I don't recommend Zenoti to anyone, don't be fooled by some of the good reviews.

      Terrible head office in India

      The team in the UK are great people

      Cons

      No benefits Terrible leadership in India Complicated system that most employees and customers do not understand Call centres in India that do not understand how UK customers are operating The company has no respect for your time expecting you to work all hours to collaborate with teams around the globe
