      Pros

      Working at Zeplin has been like winning the lottery. After a few negative work experiences, I finally found a place where the human side comes before the employee. From day one everyone has been extremely kind, supportive, and keen to help in any possible way. There is a wonderful culture that allows you to learn and grow without the fear of failing.

      Cons

      The product itself needs some updates but, apart from that, nothing really.

      Pros

      Genuinely caring and empathetic company to work for with an inclusive culture that supports people to do their best work whilst being committed to ensuring you have a healthy work - life balance. People are fun, interesting and smart with a real team spirit to get things done to a high standard. Very collaborative in approach across different geographies. You really feel you can make an impact and encouraged by the leadership to be innovative and try new things. Continuous learning, personal growth and professional development is actively encouraged throughout the business and there are benefits that support individuals to do so to suit personal needs and aspirations.

      Cons

      Working across time zones can be a challenge in terms of balancing home and work life.

      Pros

      Decent salary, very flexible work hours & fully remote, nice people, great work/life balance

      Cons

      The company lacks good leadership and needs better direction. Needs a rapid change in leadership. C-suite are all very junior in their roles without real-world experience. The VP+'s brought in from outside are ok, but in over their heads. Our competitor's products are growing and without a better infrastructure, Zeplin won't be able to compete. They just laid off some people, which has had a negative affect on culture, too. We're worried about the future here... big changes are needed at c-level
