      Pros

      There are lot more reasons to say for what I am been here for 6 years. But I like to share few things, The working environment in Zicom is awesome since it brought me all the way for 6 fabulous years in Zicom just like that. Here I never saw declining any task is out of their table. Since everyone worked with me as a team but who is really not even. Many unexpected support I got from this company which took me in cloud nine in many aspects. Which includes my many promotions & good appreciations noted. There are lot more to share but I can’t make in words now.

      Cons

      I never felt this so happened to me for the past 6 years. In Zicom where we always work as TEAM so this aspect will never borther us.

      Pros

      in this company there is no pros to highlight ,each and everything is so so worst in this company. They only demand the best work from there employees ,but if employees demand their salary then they tell them to find an alternative option

      Cons

      Salary delay of 4-5 months is most common in this company mistakes of employees are not tolerable . if employee report at work even 5 min late then seniors will start irritate them .
