      Forward thinking company under great leadership

      Pros

      If you are looking for a fast-paced company that is agile and always looking for ways to continuously improve the customer journey then Ziglu is for you. Great leadership team with Mark Hipperson as CEO at the realm and James Sullivan as COO who leads Operations, they both care and listen to what you have to say and work with their management team to make the improvements required to offer great products to our customers. Ziglu is also a company that lets you get involved in different areas of the business so you can see the end to end of how everything works to enable you to grow and develop in your role. Everyone at Ziglu is helpful and supportive and questions are encouraged. Crypto is exciting and it's the future market that everyone is talking about with a great marketing team who helps new users understand what everything means. It is very exciting listening daily to very talented people who work for the organisation and you see very quickly new products appear in the app. The culture is also great at Ziglu with Sarah our CPO always checking in on how we are especially now we are all working remotely at home she can't do enough to raise our spirits at our weekly company catch-ups and when you least expect it. Brilliant place to work I cant recommend it enough.

      Cons

      There are no cons, Ziglu is an up-and-coming organisation and it's fast-paced so at times you have to juggle your day but as long as you are orgnaised and you manage your day as efficiently as you can no one makes you feel you have not achieved. Everyone does there best to support one another especially at busy times.

      Pros

      Ziglu is an exciting company to work for. It’s faced paced and no day is the same. What makes it for me is the people and culture, everyone is very much bought into what we’re trying to achieve. We’re empowered to add real value, make decisions and work autonomously. The management team are supportive and work collaboratively with their respective teams. Overall really great place to work!

      Cons

      The pace of change that can come with high growth start ups may not be for everyone.

      A startup that is scaling and maturing

      A business that is scaling and moving at pace, with a lot of opportunity for those ready and willing to reach out and take it and able to adapt, change and scale with the business Working for a startup on exciting projects to grow the business (product development, international expansion, funding rounds etc. etc. etc.) and all the pace of change that comes with this Opportunities to solve complex problems and make a difference in a business that is disrupting legacy financial services Opportunities to help shape, influence and improve the growth journey, as well as the culture The company has been bringing in some great people from all parts of the fintech community and traditional financial services institutions, who have been on this journey before Ability to work remotely for those who appreciate that flexibility, but with a space in a great spot in the city for people when they need it

      Cons

      Being part of a scale up is not without its many challenges so you need to believe in the mission and vision For some that's exciting and why they join, and they will embrace every opportunity, but it's not for everyone Different kinds of people join startups at different points in time along the journey, as different types of skills and experience are needed as an early stage startup starts to mature and becomes increasingly complex This kind of change can be really uncomfortable for some, and just like other startups, some people will find the company is no longer right for them and move on So be ready for lots and lots of change and be ready to embrace that positively, give away your legos, and adapt and change with the business
