Our stack is built around TypeScript, React, React Native, and strong automation across testing and delivery. We appreciate your comment on our hybrid working model, which is 3 days per week in office, and 2 days' home working . This setup promotes a collaborative and social environment, and helps to strengthen team connection and alignment, whilst still offering flexibility. We also recognise that additional flexibility is sometimes needed, and employees can request extra work-from-home days or make use of other leave options where appropriate.
