      Low morale with cut-down bonus and salary review freeze Laid off with no warning and no empathy Used to claim flexible workplace but forced to return to office Lack of recognition to employees' contribution and hard work Misleading company performance results to external and internal Continuous low shared price (e.g. $0.3) Only focuses on current tasks regardless of technical debt and self-learning Terrible communication from the leadership team and most of the things run in background/secret Lots of talents left and some are planning Promotion criteria are subjective, which can be extremely hard or easy depending on your manager
