Pros
It is an awesome job to have. You meet new people and always get a chance to have new conversations. The other tour guides are friendly.
Cons
Some physical labor and always keeping your your groups interested/excited. Things are not too transparent unless you are a manager. The promote zip-lining, but fails to take in to consideration the interests/feelings of the employees. Also, they will let you go before asking if you are going through personal difficulties and there is an obvious sense of favoritism. You don't really get promotions. Its not a good career unless you're a top dog.
