Pros
No pros at all. Literally none.
Cons
You have to pay to get into the job, you have to pay for the goods you sell, it's completely wrapped in the ideals of beauty, elitism over others and money which is truly empty and pathic. You have to rehearse scripts on how to hook your family and friends, your told not to hang out with anyone not in the company. Fancy outings are only done with people in the company, top earners live together in mansion and throw parties where your allowed to bring outsiders aka your friends and family...only to sell to them.

Pros
Leadership is amazing. They really spend the time with you to make sure that you grow in the company. They've been very patient with me and I am thankful that there were people that gave me the support to hone my skills and really progress in the company. It's a great environment to be in considering you work with a very flexible schedule.
Cons
Fast paced, so for those who get easily frustrated or lack patience, they will have a hard time. The key is to have an open mind to pick up on new skills.
