Pros

- Great values - Great people - No longer a start up but rather a scale up environment, which means it's fast paced and demands are high. However, this means your learning is also accelerated.

Cons

- There are some key processes missing but these are being worked on and i'm confident that these will be implemented soon.

Pros

Leads treat you like a human. No pressure, overtimes and it's never a problem if you need to see a doctor a your kids is sick etc., as long as you are on the track with your open issues. A lot of value is being put to hire not only professional, but also people you would want to work with. Another thing is that managers are able to confess about about their weaknesses or about them being wrong, which is a sign of being mature.

Cons

Fast growing and with this comes some intransparency and chaos here and there. But nothing really critical. For example, you learn that a new colleague starts in a week, and you didn't even know that the company is hiring for this position. Once again, no mean intention, just slow communication from top to the bottom.
