We understand your grievance and your unwillingness to fulfill your joining commitment of being associated with the company for at least 3 years. We have hired you as a trainee from a Tire 1 institute in India and trained you for 1 year, hoping that you would contribute back to the company. We understand that you wanted to leverage on your learning in the company for a more higher paid salary job. As you are aware, we do not hold any employee binding to the company and every employee is free to exit at any point of time even during commitment period, provided he/she fulfills their exit process obligations and compensating for the training cost incurred by the company for the development of the employee. Hope you agree that, if the training provided to you by Zuti was not valuable you would have not got a higher payed job within 1 year of your training tenure with Zuti. It is unfortunate that you had to exercise your exit option within 1 year of joining Zuti and had to leave the company by compensating for the training cost. We wish you all the very best and look forward for association in future.

We understand that the employee has opted out of the company for a better opportunity after joining Zuti as a GET/Trainee. Zuti maintains transparency in its employment terms at the time of joining with all its employees. The employee joined the company by agreeing to the terms of employment as GET and signing a service agreement for 3 year for the investment to be done on him by Zuti and provide him with a career break. We take pride in making the employee competent and skilled during his tenure with Zuti and able to secure a next level job opportunity based on his learning and experience at Zuti. Zuti was committed in investing and providing learning and work experience for this employee for a minimum period of 3 years unless and until the employee refuses to perform during the service period. In return we expected the employee to honor the commitment he made at the time of joining. It is unfortunate that he is critical about the company which has given him and career brake and made him competent to secure a more promising job in the industry. We believe in integrity as one of its core values and expect the same from its employees. Asking for fulling his commitment period is inhuman, is very much debatable....
