      Actually speaking there is none

      The Hr will negotiate hard. Office will be in the middle of a traffic junction. they only have 1 bathroom, so expect a queue. Micromanagement. Politics. Being straight is considered being rude. Regionalism, bengali dominated. Strict 5 day Office with strict timings(if you punch out <9hrs you'll lose a leave). Outdated tech. CEO will meddle in your work and appraisal.

HR team is extremely supportive, approachable, and proactive — they genuinely care about employee experience, ensure smooth onboarding, and keep the energy high with regular engagement initiatives.
