start up is not always very organised

I started working in the product team, and everything was fine until 2-3 months. Later on the inability of planning from the CPO, and the toxicity that trickles down from the top is just overwhelming. It's my way or the highway kind of a situation to such an extent that he displays his inability as yours to the leadership. He does not even shy away from throwing you under the bus, instead of supporting his own team. He has let go of people simply for questioning his decision, while failing to explain his reasoning.
