Pros
Headquarters in Germany is lovely; facilities and colleagues there are all wonderful.
Cons
Quotes from current US upper management: “Either a monkey or a woman could do your job.” “I’ll never hire another woman again” “Well, we can’t hire a man for this role because he’ll want to get a raise, move up, and provide for a family.” “When are you going to retire?” “We’re looking to grow and expand, and the warehouse has always been [and always will be] a one-man job.” “We don’t have to market it, we just have to sell it.” Not to mention the ageist, sexist, racist, homophobic, and explicit sexual comments from senior sales management, as well as nonstop bullying, harassment and abuse.

Everything else. Poor training, antiquated accounting system, toxic co workers, and toxic management.
