We become a second family to each other. I have been working here for 8 years and 8 months and have seen so many changes within the company and most are very positive to help the company grow. Our CEO is a busy man in finding ways to expand for the companys future, and there were hiccups on the way but we help to pick it back up again and move forward. With a new HR team that has been with us for a couple of years or so has made positive differences with the employee's in putting our core values in action. We are ONE TEAM and we have ONE VISION!
Cons
Well what company does not have a downside to running a business. This is what will be picked up by someone and that it will be fixed and will teach us a lesson. Business is Business. Yeah there has been some downs but we are still here standing.
