Most of the issues about this company stem from the terrible leadership running it. They are incredibly controlling and constantly micromanage employees; it's basically impossible to do anything without them breathing down your neck at all times. I couldn't take how suffocating and oppressive working here felt, so I left.

Turnover at this company is crazy high, and it’s not accidental or role-specific. The primary driver is a toxic leadership environment rooted in extreme micromanagement from the CEO. His decisions are made frantically and emotionally. Trust and autonomy is minimal—even for people with strong domain expertise and a track record of delivering results. Thus, talented people quickly become disengaged. The result is constant churn, lost momentum, and repeated cycles of rebuilding teams instead of compounding progress.
