      Unreasonable management is driving employees away

      Pros

      Despite how awful the work conditions can be, you can still gain a ton of valuable experience from working here.

      Cons

      Management's unreasonable demands are pushing employees to leave the company. We aren't getting paid a lot, but we're expected to do so much and forced to keep up with such relentless pressure every single day. We aren't even provided with any support, which means we end up having to deal with any problems that pop up all by ourselves.

      Pros

      Some clients were decent. Working with them offered real learning moments, and that part was genuinely valuable.

      Cons

      Compensation was shockingly low. The excuse was always being a startup, which felt like a convenient cover for constant underpayment. This pattern of low pay was well established and clearly intentional. Employees were also expected to endure brutally long hours with no balance. Exhaustion and strain were constant and unavoidable.

      Terrible leadership is what's wrong with this company

      Perhaps if the leadership had given employees some amount of autonomy, working here wouldn't have been as horrible an experience as it was.

      Cons

      Most of the issues about this company stem from the terrible leadership running it. They are incredibly controlling and constantly micromanage employees; it's basically impossible to do anything without them breathing down your neck at all times. I couldn't take how suffocating and oppressive working here felt, so I left.
