Owner, Richard Rose, micromanages to a detriment. Puts his nose in everything when he is too old to have a say in proper business ethics. Filed complaints with unemployment when his employees could no longer work during Covid. tried to claim "essential workers". We are a third party entity that was not allowed on the premises of work sites.
