      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, a growing UK benefits package, the working environment is engaging, filled with talented colleagues eager to knowledge share, ability to make meaningful contributions within a relatively short period, and an open culture for actionable feedback across all departments.

      Cons

      The company is very new to the UK as an employer, so the team culture here isn't as established as that of the US/UA, but it's getting there!

      People are chilled out and supportive. Management is understanding of issues faced and gives room to solve these.

      Cons

      Some teams can be a bit fragmented. There seems to be lots of spinning plates and dependencies cross team. Can be hard to organise and communicate work. Overall it’s pretty good though
