Pros

From the first moment I had entered the office floor I felt an amazing surge of energy, smiles and a highly diverse and multicultural environment. Extremely friendly, supportive and nurturing company culture which is evident from the ground all the way up. E2Y is a unique, forward thinking dynamic business that is rapidly expanding and pride themselves on being ahead of the game. Most importantly, they recognise that the Company is only as good as its employees and therefore takes a really good care of them. The managers are very honest and will put 100% into helping you to progress. There are plenty opportunities for development and training offered to employees, the benefits are generous and everyone is welcoming and kind, always willing to help. Truly a lovely place to work!

Cons

Too much access to free coffee and biscuits :) But on a serious note, even if I tried to be negative I would struggle. Seems like a company who understands the importance of it's employees - this is the way a workplace should be.

Pros

A very high standard of quality at all levels of the organization. Developers and managers alike will aggressively push for best practices and techniques. All the things that are "nice to have" in other places are standard here - advanced testing, pair programming, CI/CD, etc., so it's a great place to see these put to practice in the real world. Challenging projects for interesting customers. Lovely co-workers and fair salary.

Cons

Remote teams and (often) remote clients means dealing with remote meetings. Can't offer the same range of benefits as a larger/prestige company might.

Pros

High standards for our work, good opportunities for growing and learning. Pairprogramming, TDD and some CD and BDD principles - always room for good ideas and improvements around the tech.

Cons

Can be a bit stiff regarding working from home.
