      Pros

      - Solid 'Team' culture of working together and succeeding even in challenging situations. Some of the best colleagues I've ever worked with in the industry. - Regular events and in-house training to help with professional growth. - Lots of freedom to work from home, travel to see clients directly, etc. - Good benefits compared to the rest of the market. - Exciting time for eBECS! Lots of new offerings and opportunities as part of DXC.

      Cons

      - Lots of reporting. - Sometimes punishing hours, with need to work beyond the usual 9-5.
