Roller coaster. But not a fun one.

Pros

Most of the teams are comprised of talented and motivated professionals. Greenwood Village is near Denver, which is awesome, although the commute sucks.

Cons

Typical big corporation red-tape. People working out of fear instead of fostering a true entrepreneurial spirit, which is unfortunate since it's not a large company and they should be trying cool new things on all fronts without feeling like they will get obliterated by senior management. Some major dead weight among some teams. Favoritism is your best shot at moving up the ranks.

Pros

Great employee discount and ability to work from home.

Cons

Customer care reps were given tasks that were pretty much impossible to complete, I was assigned work that should have been assigned to at least three people not one. When Samsonite bought the company they fired a lot of the older department supervisors and replaced them with younger people from the department in the name of cutting costs... AGE DISCRIMINATION.

Thank you for your feedback. It is certainly an eye opener to read your perspective. With an entrepreneurial spirit we strive to be team players in the fast paced world of eCommerce. HR's door is always open for good or bad feedback as we are and will continue to be an EEOC employer.

Pros

There were some supportive members of the team that I got to work with.

Cons

Old school IT in need of a complete update. Need to know that changes can catch you by surprise and not everyone is in the "know". Found there to be an over emphasis on bottom line when the customer experience which is key in e-commerce, was lagging. Some unprofessional leaders on the team who don't communicate clearly.
