      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Great place to work with great pay and great benefits. Very challenging projects offered as we were transitioning ecommerce platforms to that of scale.

      Cons

      Not enough feedback from the parent company until they pulled the plug and rolled the ecommerce business into their larger distribution business building physical stores and distribution centers for KOHLER. Feel like they traded clicks for bricks and mortar with a preferred partner to let them handle ecommerce and simply be their distributor. Win/Win for them, but not for those of us on the project. They did this in the first month of COVID 2020 and no one in the industry even noticed.

      Pros

      Fun and laid back environment. Management listens to front line employees and actually has put quite a few suggestions into place. It still has a family and caring feel even with a lot of growth in a short time. I really enjoy the fun and smart people who work here.

      Cons

      Some older systems need to be brought up to date.

      Pros

      Great place to work. I benefits are great and I love the work I do. Management has a monthly town hall to share company information and listen to our suggestions/complaints. They truly work to resolve any issue we have.

      Cons

      Lack of training and work flow processes in place.
