Laid back environment, dress code and employees. Everyone gets along and works well together. I was able to enhance my skills and grow my resume while creating some great work relationships here. I'll always be thankful foe the opportunity
Cons
No benefits yet but I believe they are working on it
My experience working at ePractice Media was pretty great. The management is professional and kind. The CEO is easy to get along with. What I liked most was his willingness to take on new ideas with enthusiasm. The company is small but growing quickly. If it wasn't for the fact that I was lucky enough to land another job that was directly related to my career goals I would have definitely stayed with this company.
Cons
Work starts at 7:00 am. It can be good if that time allows you to miss traffic depending on which way you're coming from.
The people working in the trenches know their stuff. Was nice having others to bounce ideas off of or simply being able to have an intelligent, entertaining chats through-out the day.
Cons
The inability to hire high quality people to replace those who have moved on.
Boss doesn't believe in telecommuting.. judges performance based on how warm your seat is at the end of the day. The warmer the better!!
Start work at 7am (tho most seem to like these hours for some reason.)
