      The atmosphere is really good. You work with talented people. Sharing knowledge and friendly environment. The management people are talented and smart

      I don't find much cons in eSpace, but maybe the salary is not that competitive

      There is no any reason to work at eSpace. Run away.

      Cons

      very low salaries compared to the market. The management is the worse they always promise big promises that they can not fulfill (all they are looking for is how to get the most out of you while giving you the least amount of money and benefits ) Most of the people i know there are trying to escape. I would never recommend this place to anyone
