Pros

the deli is great, and the staff are really nice and doing there best to help one another through the appalling treatment. Staff are also very talented but this company cant identify real talent let alone retain or promote it. There are no other advantages, you even have to pay to park at the office

Cons

Where can you start with so much wrong with this group of companies (Brandpath, Expansys, Dataselect, PJ MEdia) - not even worth a 1 star rating.... just an appalling treatment of talented young staff who deserve positive role models and moral leadership. Its typical for a company that is not in control of their business to control their staff... too many cameras and compulsory office attendance, every move is watched. Here's some 21st century advice; its all about productivity, incentivize your staff to produce more with less, check the MBA books guys... move your company into the 21st century and stop cheating and exploiting your staff

Pros

Potential for great things as have the systems, processes and expertise to deliver. Also have some great brands and ideas but can't seem to pull all together and execute.

Cons

Leadership very poor. Culture very poor. Not a happy or fun environment due to leadership style. In a state on constant change with no clear direction or empowerment to middle management.

Pros

Work for Peter Jones in a medium sized corporate set up, selling modern technology to the world.

Cons

Messy management that makes heavy work loads for lower level staff, no support, training or explanation for difficult tasks outside of employees remit. Obsession with global marketing but no idea who is actually doing what in order to make it happen, football chat is held as the most important part of communication within the business, this is because nobody actually knows what is happening day to day.
