I have not been a big fan of the company culture for some time. There has been an excessive effort to keep things nice on the surface, I guess a classic mistake of start-ups especially in Berlin. This led to allowing toxic employees stay for too long or not raise issues properly until it was too late. Probably also due to high management not being in the office as much, and not being aware / allowing certain patterns to stay.
Salaries have also never really been something to highlight positively. Newcomers hired after financial rounds were getting higher salaries than people who were key for operations and had way longer tenure at the company.
