Got to meet some great colleagues

Don't even know where to begin - work from home is laughed upon - benefits? What benefits? Their definition of benefits are 'team dinner and drinks' - unrealistic targets - maybe 2 people hit target - absolutely horrendous management - toxic, sexist, racist - a people development company that doesn't practice what it preaches - strategy changes every other day - gaslighting employees - everything that can go wrong will go wrong in your career - no career progression

We sincerely regret that we are not the right company for you and meet your expectations but take your feedback seriously and will look into your points and recommendations. We are aware of several former employees who have not felt at home in eloomi or the way we created one of the strongest SaaS companies in Copenhagen. We are extremely sad about this, as we have always worked purposefully to have a good company with great possibilities and A fun and good culture. This is at the centre of our employee value proposition. Building a company can be difficult, and sometimes the road ahead is built while you're driving it, and this can be frustrating for some. We continue to work to build a really good company, which is confirmed repeatedly by our many good employees at all our locations, through ongoing dialogues, individual development plans and, not least, well-being surveys. However, this does not mean that we do not listen to criticism and must make factual changes where they are justified and required. We have in place a clear code of conduct policy and and a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable behaviour of any form. We have mechanisms in place whereby cases of unacceptable conduct can be reported anonymously and fully investigated. Thank you for your feedback and hope you will find a good place to work. Pros

- If you don't have much experience and want a role where you'll be thrown in the deep end with minimal training then this might be a good environment for you. - Business extremely focused on pleasing investors over all else. Which is a pro if you are an investor.

Cons

I was told a lot of untrue's in the interview. Lack of honesty is a reoccurring theme throughout the business. - I was told that I'd have more holiday then I was given. - Was told I could be fully remote. Not the reality. - Comp plan was changed right after I signed. - Was told there was an amazing and vibrant office culture, not my experience. - Was told the product was capable of things and found out after signing that it was not. Those things include integration capability, collaborative features, plans for product development.

We do not recognize the picture you describe, and therefore hope that you will reach out to us so that we can understand more about what it is and what we can do to ensure that others do not end up in the same situation in the recruitment process. HR is on standby for a confidential conversation if you wish, anytime. We are not a company that only focuses on investors, but we are very transparent and therefore regularly share information about the company's financial figures etc. because we believe that the more transparent we are about the status of the company, the more we avoid misunderstandings, and the more our great employees feel informed and secure. We comply with all local laws and regulations, for example, holidays, and have additional work life balance models in addition. This is stated in all agreements, pre-boarding, in our employee value proposition and in the recruitment process so that there can be no misunderstandings. We have clear models for all onsite, hybrid and remote roles, including an exciting work-from-anywhere concept. We have several mechanisms in place that allow for a constant flow of employee feedback, including monthly team meetings with HR, quarterly anonymous engagement surveys and quarterly ONEtalk discussions with your manager. Here any concerns relating to transparency or benefits can be raised, including anonymously if you wish. Our ongoing satisfactory surveys show great support of our leadership and management, high honesty, an open culture and a strong community and opportunities for development. We are extremely focused on this and on fostering a culture founded on mutual respect for all. We are sorry again to hear of your feedback but wish you all the best in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great compliment. We appreciate you recommending our way of running the company. We understand that targets can sometimes be up for discussion, but we always try to be fair in our target setting, just as there must be the same financial relationship between remuneration and results. It is an area that we are constantly looking at, and your recommendation to look at regional differences has just been introduced in the current strategy.
