      - Great place to learn and hone digital marketing skills both PPC and SEO - Get to be part of a more traditional agency set up if that's something to your liking - Service a very specific niche of businesses - purely B2B and industries including healthcare, pharma, construction and more with people that really know those spaces - Good work life balance at least on the digital marketing side - The founders are very much involved with the company so you have the opportunity to work close to the visionaries of the business - Lots of opportunities to give back to the community through emagine

      Cons

      - Stingy with remote work but that seems to be changing as of late - Not many growth opportunities beyond the position you're hired into. Moving from a junior to a senior or to a management role seemed to be out of dire need and nothing more. - No growth plan outlined in a formal, concrete way. It's manager desecration and need which can be frustrating if you're the kind of person that likes responsive, clear goals needed to advance
