Pros

- Good exposure on various verticals - working with industry giants like Cisco, Ruckus, Synaptics (only limited to certain projects) - A young employee environment - not too much age gap between employees, minimising intra-team politics - A clean office with good basic facilites, POSH policies are good.

Cons

- Mishandling of resources, reallocation of employees to different projects based on lame reasons, extreme disregard to employee's skills and area of expertise. - Cheap mindset of the management to replace experienced employees with interns, for lower remunerations - impacting collective expertise of the workforce in a particular domain. - No real project or product. Working with the scrap projects of customers: no innovation and industry learning. - Inhuman level of workloads and severe mismanagement by the team managers; Politics, favouritism, you name it, they have it. - A decent salary for freshers, but the graph falls flat once you remain, since they consider you a burden and replaceable with an intern. - No basic facilities except Water, no employee engagement activities, refreshments etc.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for recognizing several positive aspects. We would, however, like to clarify that some of the concerns raised appear inconsistent with the very experiences highlighted in the review. The acknowledgment of a collaborative young employee environment with minimal intra-team politics does not align with the claims of widespread favouritism and workplace politics. Similarly, appreciation for our POSH policies and office environment reflects the organization’s continued focus on maintaining a professional, respectful, and employee-conscious workplace. On facilities, we note you’re simultaneously acknowledging a clean office with good basic facilities and claim that there are no basic facilities except water. Both statements cannot be true and both are yours. We would also like to address the statement regarding “no real projects” or “no innovation.” Our teams work with globally recognized customers in domains such as networking, Wi-Fi, and Edge Devices, which provides employees with exposure to complex technologies and evolving industry challenges. The opportunity to contribute to such engagements itself offers significant technical and professional learning. As an organization operating in fast-paced technology domains, project allocations and team movements are guided by customer requirements and business priorities. Hence such decisions are made with careful consideration toward project continuity and long-term organizational needs while balancing engineers’ interests. As for appraisals, they are performance-linked. Tenure without growth has never been and should not be a standalone basis for increment. On Interns: they are assigned to active projects rather than kept to classroom-based learning ensuring their training translates into real work, with tangible value for the team. On engagement activities, activity frequency was impacted during a period of office renovation due to space constraints. We acknowledge that there was a dip but it is a temporary disruption. We value constructive feedback and remain committed to continuously improving the employee experience while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Honestly, none worth mentioning. Trust me. I've been there for years and I know what I speak.

Cons

Where do I even start. This company is a masterclass in how not to run an organization. The management is shockingly incompetent - no proper vision, no structure (i'm stressing on this point), and absolutely no idea how to lead people. Decisions feel impulsive and disconnected from reality. HR is completely useless. Instead of supporting employees, they function more like an extension of management control - ignoring concerns, dismissing issues, and offering zero real solutions. The company culture is deeply toxic and authoritarian. You’re not treated like a professional - you’re treated like you owe them your existence. There’s a constant sense of surveillance and control, and any pushback is subtly (or not so subtly) punished indirectly. Ethics are highly questionable. There’s a pattern of overpromising and underdelivering, both internally and externally. Integrity clearly isn’t a priority. Managers lack even basic people skills. There’s no mentorship, no guidance - just pressure, blame-shifting, and unrealistic expectations. They can’t handle stress, so it trickles down and becomes your problem. Taking PTO feels like committing a crime. You’ll either be guilt-tripped, questioned endlessly, or made to feel like you’re letting the entire company collapse by taking a break. The mindset is outdated and rigid. They can't handle people from different backgrounds. Absolutely zero skills on that. Managers are the worst here.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we would like to redress this one at a time. On management and structure: Impulsive, visionless leadership doesn't sustain multi-year client relationships in WiFi and Networking domains. The work we deliver, and the clients who continue to trust us with it, reflects consistency. The review also describes the culture as “authoritarian” and lacking integrity, which stands in contrast to the employee-focused policies, flexible work arrangements and collaborative work environment that many employees positively acknowledge and benefit from. We recognize that accountability, timelines, and delivery expectations can sometimes feel demanding in a customer-driven industry, but these are part of maintaining the standards expected by globally recognized clients. Regarding PTO and employee support, the organization has established leave policies and processes to ensure both employee well-being and project continuity. Employees are encouraged to openly discuss concerns with managers or HR teams whenever support or flexibility is required. That’s why our HR function exists to support employees and that includes maintaining confidentiality, following due process and not acting on unverified claims. Grievance redressal does take time but it does not go unnoticed or left without closures. On inclusivity and working styles: our teams are made up of individuals across backgrounds across India, experience levels and perspectives. Diverse thinking is something we actively encourage even when it comes with differences in approach and opinion. Strong opinions are always easy to write in hindsight. Building teams, sustaining customer trust, and growing in a demanding industry over the long term is considerably harder and remains the work we continue to focus on every day.
