On the way to become a faceless, gray multinational company. Awful servilism towards Siemens where (bad) technical decisions are allowed to be made by Siemens, but the responsibility lies at Evosoft. German colleagues are usually under-qualified but in the position of making decisions instead of the well-qualified employees of Evosoft. A huge amount of time is spent on fighting the unreasonable and useless requirements instead of focusing on the actual product.
