      - Empowered to make your own decisions - Zero micro-management. Completely free to manage my day and work according to my own professional judgement - Access to leadership any time. Truly welcomes ideas and questions - Flexible working. Both remotely and in other countries - Really nice group of people to work with

      Cons

      Face to face time with colleagues is tricky as most people work remotely. The company does have offices where people can meet and has company social events to try and battle this

      Pros

      I've been working for dozens of companies, in several european countries, both as a free lance and as an employee. In ES2P I found highly skilled resources but also a real attention to personal values, including wellness and work life balance. The company has probably the right size: Large enough to win big projects for huge customers and invest on training. Small enough to apply a flexible dynamic organization, where you know personally all the collegues and can speak directly to the top management when needed.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work on too many projects at the same time. But that's probably a general problem for most IT companies nowadays.

      Pros

      I have had managers in my career. Lots of them. Good ones, bad ones, indifferent ones. I am now a manager so I won't comment where I fit in that spectrum, but excelerateds2p is all about fulfilling people's potential. We all have strengths and weaknesses, so this is a place to build on strengths and overcome weaknesses.

      Cons

      You will be stretched, this is not a place for navel gazing!
