    I currently work at g2 Birmingham, the training and commission structure is unrivalled, coupled with the vibrant atmosphere it is genuinely a great working environment. If you have a work hard play hard outlook g2 will be an excellent fit for your career aspirations. G2 also has a culture of growing from within and i have witnessed many recruiters grow their way into management positions since only being here 10 months.

    Cons

    Working hours can be long but this is synonymous with recruitment and you only get out what you put in.

    > Not a con as such however be prepared to work hard to earn your big money. You cant expect to walk in from day one and just do the bare minimum.

    From day one the whole experience has been focused on developing my skills as a recruitment consultant with off and on the job training. All managers have the time for you to ask questions plus the whole team make you feel involved in the social aspects of work.
