Thank you for giving us this honest feedback. It was hard to read, as we care deeply about all our people and put real effort into our communications. Our culture and values go right to the core of who we are and we want every team member to thrive at Hyble. We’re truly sorry you didn't have this experience in your time with us.
Creating a supportive, respectful and nurturing environment has always been our top priority and in a recent pulse survey, 81% of employees said they feel comfortable asking their teammates for help. There is always room for us to improve further, this work is never 'done'.
Although there have been a small number of jobs we no longer need, our business has doubled in size in the last year. This fast growth is providing many new career opportunities and in the last year 30% of our team were promoted, which was huge. We're also introducing a new development approach this year to extend these benefits even wider.
