      * interesting product (involves automatic speech recognition) * many different nationalities makes you learn a lot about other cultures * high turnover rate makes you get to know different people professionally

      Cons

      * struggling with hiring tech team leads that make the teams actually work together * many different nationalities makes communication a bit more difficult * high turnover rate makes you wonder what's wrong

      - Engineering team is a top notch, one of the best I worked with. - Great multicultural environment.

      Cons

      - Unable to break even because of lack of features. - Legacy code preventing any serious progress in adding features.
