Pros
The company and its management encourage employees at all levels to think for themselves, embrace innovation and believe in the ability to take on the biggest in the industry. Communications in the business are good and the respect between employees is high.
Cons
The downside of working at i3 is really the hours that you have to put in and the constant need to better yourself which can also be a plus depending on what kind of person you are.
