      Very unprofessional company, stay away.No Scope for Professional Growth and Salary

      Pros

      It will add brand name on your resume. Good for fresher.

      Cons

      It’s a family own business so no scope for new idea and suggestion. Company head office is industrial gala. First thing I shock after joining iball head Office, company do not have toilet facility and cafeteria. (Use unclean public toilet and eat your lunch at your desk). Some employees working at this company are 10th and 12th passing so no management skills. Managers don’t know how to use Excel and English communication. Less salary growth Eg.:If you work at this company more than 4-5 years still you find your salary less than 18k No proper training and support to new employee.

      Pathetic unprofessional people!!! Very low standards

      Their no reason to work with them, if u do u would spoil your career. Please do not join them as hr professional I am saying.

      Cons

      Hell lot of things don't know where to start. Crap people, third class literally, forget about work apart from that a inhuman behavior or top to bottom staff. Do not forget people have personal agendas to full fill. Management doesn't have brains to assigned such people as heads or lead a team. Quite disgusting people that I have come across my entire career. Please stay away from these sort of company you would either ruined your life giving them.
