Pros
The people here are like a family and very welcoming. iDeep put a lot of trust in me and my team and the product we develop is both really great and challenging. It was a pleasure to work here and I would recommend it to others.
Cons
There needs to be a little more direction in the product at times. It zig zags in this respect.

Pros
TeleOffice, their flagship product, is a competitive piece of software which achieves some cutting edge solutions in the web meeting market. The people working on the product are talented and quite capable.
Cons
The business has never been profitable which has caused the owners to sacrifice vision and anything else which is "unnecessary". They have to answer Sharp (to whom they are a subsidiary) which has a stiffening effect on corporate culture and investment decisions.
