A very modern place to work, with people who listen (and want evolve) and offer a great work / life balance. - Unlimited Annual Leave - Hybrid Working - Regular team incentives / nights out - Generous Commission structure - Regular Training / Up skilling - No KPI's or micro managing - Treated like a real person / adult, not just another employee or number - Very friendly place to work - Real progression opportunities - All offices are close to most travel links
Cons
It's difficult to pick many con's as Identify Solutions are always listening and looking to change for the better of the employee but if I had to pick... - Office space / decor could be better (due to change in the future though)
