New parent company, Medical Advantage, is great, which is itself a subsidiary of The Doctors Company

iHealthSpot was acquired by an amazing company in 2021, Medical Advantage, but the scorched-earth mentality of iHealthSpot still pervades the several leaders remaining in this group, unfortunately. Medical Advantage needs to realize that the leaders of iHealthSpot show the MA execs (which are great) a happy face while treating their employees pretty poorly. Hopefully, the Medical Advantage culture will soon overcome the leftover subculture of iHealthSpot. (The five-star reviews here were requested to leave those reviews as part of their job.)

Learned a LOT in 3 months
Cons
Training was short, marketing department was behind on a lot. Was talked to like an animal. Told to work 12 hour shifts plus weekends, no incentives just job threatening.
