These guys are the worst people & have zero value, though it's a big company but, staff over here are completely unprofessional, they feel that they are only busy persons in this Whole World, they don't respect, they rescheduled interview 3 times & still trying to make some excuse with some story which they already did 3 times, they were about to tell one more. The one who don't respect others, are not deserve any kind of respect. They scheduled 3 times, as per time availability and they were not available on time. They rescheduled everytime at the time of interview, not even making things prior. They use to confirm about me 15 mins and another call at 5 mins before the interview time and they were not available.. This is how they are. They are just one of a employee in one of a company of this big world., but, they pretend to be like President of this world.

The recently promoted "Team Leads and Managers - Only", first need to learn people management along with just "Recruiting". They should actually concentrate on the Leadership development program that the company has to offer (which is an awesome program). Before they are given the responsibilities, the higher management should evaluate if they are ready to take on that additional challenge.
