Good benefits and compensation. if in main office generally a good culture to work. good place to work as a woman
Cons
Unless in the Investments or Finance departments, everyone else is an after thought. There used to be a sense of team company-wide but it has been disappearing outside of aforementioned departments. managers either not aware or dont want to know about the company's issue with race where no people of color are hired in positions that allows for growth.
